Dessert lover's, we have a very special recipe that's sure to satisfy anyone looking for a sweet treat that's low in sugar, Keto, grain-free option, dairy-free, vegan, and allergen-friendly, that's super delicious. Have you ever tried a Twix bar? Well, this recipe is our version of a Twix Bar but must lower in sugar. This recipe has three delicious layers to enjoy; the base layer is crunchy, made by using your favourite granola including Keto, grain-free granola bar. The middle layer is creamy and chewy, made by using our Healthy Crunch Salted Caramel Seed Butter. The top layer is decadent chocolate, that you can also use sugar-free chocolate to make this recipe Keto. Plus did we mention that this recipe is no-bake! This recipe is super easy to make at home, and it's sure to make everyone enjoy a sweet treat with a better for you twist. Happy Crunching!
Bottom Layer (Crust):
1 cup of Granola (Keto granola , Grain-free, or allergen-friendly granola)
⅓ cup Coconut oil
2 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional if Keto)
1 cup Healthy Crunch Salted Caramel Seed Butter
¼ cup Coconut oil
¼ cup Maple syrup (optional if Keto)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup Dairy-free chocolate chips or 2.5oz of a dark chocolate (Keto option)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Line a 9x5 baking loaf pan with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse granola, coconut oil, maple syrup (optional) until a coarse meal forms. Transfer to the pan and create an even layer. Place in the freezer while you prep the caramel layer.
- Spread Healthy Crunch Salted Caramel Seed Butter onto granola crust and place in the freezer while you prep the chocolate layer. In a small bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Once cooled, pour over the caramel layer, top with remaining granola and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden, then enjoy! Happy Crunching!
